Looking back at our victories is like a nostalgia trip through the 1970's and 80's.
At times it felt like we were on a Cannonball Run, racing and racing across Norrath with no hindrances at all, other times we could see Boss Hogg up ahead stopping our progression with fake roadblocks and unnecessary detours. Victory finally was ours on all the raids, and was sweeter than a Mary Tyler Moore episode with Chuckles the Clown.
Some of these raids were as good as Joan Collins in Dynasty(yes, so bad she is GOOD), while others were like the Colonel on M.A.S.H., changed so often we have to ask which actor or version do you mean? In fact some of these raids changed more than the late night hosts who tried to dethrone Johnny Carson in the 80's. I am looking at you Alan Thicke and McClean Stephenson! And you too, Joan Rivers!
Through it all we kept on truckin, Grateful Dead style. so that we could got our chips cashed in and collect fantastic loots for.
Fungal Forest was like a bad H.R Pufn'Stuff cartoon, all freaky colors and mushrooms and spinning and thinking maybe whoever created H.R Pufnstuf had maybe had too many mushrooms, a lot like this raid. Too many mushrooms! After making mushroom soup of the Mushrooms we got to the Big Bug. This fight will never be anyone's favorite raid, unless the one H.R PufnStuff fan alive happens to be in a Everquest Raid guild.
Anyways, down to the good stuff. We will be going over all the raid events in great detail, so enjoy the 70s and 80s, Everquest Style!
An Audience with Brell Serilis - The Incredible Hulk
Like all end zones in Everquest, you got to beat up some bad guys to gain access to the final zone. Probably one of the most challenging events, where warriors and knights are of the utmost importance.
When Bruce Banner gets mad, he turns into the Hulk. When the Hulk gets mad, he turns into Chuck Norris. I mean some big green dwarf...

Who you going to call? With Zuul, the black stay puffed marshmallow man, and Kertrasia, we got our self a sequel, don't we? Easy event with a twist...
Convorteum Event 2: The Stone Warden - Charlie's Angels
With a full throttle ahead of us, we have the blond one, the Asian one, and a kinda of trashy one. Once we killed this warden, we took advantage of these ladies. One by one...
Convorteum Event 3: Unstable Creation - Star Trek
Everyone knows what Star Trek is, I hope so..... To boldly go where no player has gone before. What were they thinking, when they made this event? We armed ourselves with phasers and shields to defeat this monstrous creation.
Convorteum Event 5: The Hall of Records - All In The Family
The Emmy-award winning American comedy, broad-cast by yours truly. With our zaniness and stealth, we defeated all these oddities.
Convorteum Event 6: Magus Sisters - Golden Girls
You take Dorothy, I will take Rose. Blanche just friggen debuffed me. Sophia is being mean. You get the picture. Put four older women with black hair into some big room and we got ourselves a raid event! Not only do these ladies bang a punch but they also kill people in the guild lobby.

Convorteum Event 7: The Final Creation - Adam's Family
Uncle Fester is chewing bubble gum. Uncle Fester is healing himself. Uncle Fester is in the play room. Uncle Fester is rampaging the raid. Uncle Fester has a headache. Uncle Fester likes to power-up. Uncle Fester likes to play with toys. Uncle Fester likes to leash to 100%, and kill the raid....
