To make the ornaments -

For cloth ornaments inside a forge

1 Gnomework Adaptive Plating

1 Smithy Hammer

1 Pliers

This will make a Gnomework Adaptive Steelsilk Swatch - combine silks in a loom

For Chain inside a forge:

1 Gnomework Adaptive Plating

1 Pliers

This will make a Gnomework Adaptive XXXXXX Rings

For Plate inside a forge:

1 Gnomework Adaptive Plating

1 Water Flask (This is a guess)

This will make a Gnomework Adaptive XXXXXX Sheet(?)

For leather inside a forge (NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE THESE ORNAMENTS YET)

1 Gnomework Adaptive Plating

1 Smithy Hammer

This will make a Gnomework Adaptive Leather Studs

Other than Leather to make the ornament this is what it takes

# Gnomework Adaptive (insert type here) based on the armor slot

1 Micro Gear and Sprocket Pack (vendor purchased from tinkering merchant 10500pp)

1  Mana battery

Armor slots are as follows

Wrist - Class One (1 Gnomework type)

Hands -  Class Five (2 Gnomework type)

Feet - Class Two (3 Gnomework type)

Head - Class Three (4 Gnomework type)

Arms - Class Three (5 Gnomework type)

Legs - Class Four (6 Gnomework type)

Chest - Class Three  (7 Gnomework type)

Robe - Class Four (8 Gnomework type)

For leather armor the book says:

Since we don't have leather parts, you will attach studs to basic leather armor, in the same ratio as above.
